- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct customer journey mapping to identify key touchpoints and areas for improvement
- Analyze customer feedback from various channels
- Develop customer personas based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to enhance customer experiences
- Monitor key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and loyalty
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university, plus three years full-time experience in research and/or planning
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in customer feedback management platforms and CRM software
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization tools
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A master?s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field
- Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Familiarity with design programs and tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
- Strong project management skills to drive initiatives from concept to implementation
- Basic knowledge of languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
