About The Sales Data Quality Specialist

Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for data quality? Are you excited about ensuring your company has the most accurate information possible to drive sales and marketing success? If so, then this CRM Data Hygiene Specialist role is for you!

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the health of our CRM data, identifying and resolving inconsistencies, and ensuring data accuracy. You will also generate regular reports to keep stakeholders informed and create presentations to communicate data quality insights.

Location: US - Remote

What Will You Do?
? Analyze CRM data quality metrics and identify areas for improvement
? Cleanse and deduplicate CRM data
? Develop and implement data hygiene processes and standards.
? Generate reports and create presentations to communicate data quality insights to for management team.
? Collaborate with sales ops, business intelligence, and sales leadership to ensure data integrity.

What Will You Need to Succeed?
? Experience in data analysis, sales ops, Business intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
? Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
? Proficiency in data manipulation and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
? Excellent communication and presentation skills

The pay range for this position is between $50,000.00 and $55,000.00 and may be paid annually. This pay structure may include a variable bonus component. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role?s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
