Our client operates a broad range of B2B and B2C digital properties and applications. To ensure compliance and to help prioritize our investments and initiatives, we are currently updating our Enterprise-level tag management practices leveraging Google Tag Manager. This role will play a critical role in ensuring accurate tracking, data collection, and measurement across... our owned properties. With your extensive experience in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics, you will lead the end-to-end implementation and maintenance of GTM solutions that enable our client to gain valuable insights into user behavior and drive revenue growth. What we hope you will bring to this role:
? Collaborate closely with marketers, developers, and data analysts to gather tagging requirements and translate them into GTM configurations.
? Create, modify, and maintain GTM containers, tags, triggers, and variables to ensure accurate data collection and tracking.
? Implement advanced tracking mechanisms, including email and paid media tracking, event tracking, custom dimensions, and cross-domain tracking.
? Monitor the performance of tags, troubleshoot tracking issues, and ensure data consistency and accuracy.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data layer structures that support comprehensive data capture.
? Collaborate with QE teams and guide the validation of tracking technologies
? Maintain documentation of tagging implementations, tracking specifications, and changes made within GTM.
? Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking technologies to provide innovative solutions.
? Provide guidance and training to internal and partner teams on GTM best practices, tag implementation, and data quality.
? Analyze digital campaign outcomes, providing detailed reporting on metrics, and making informed decisions to improve ROI and effectiveness.
? Collaborate with Data Privacy Office and support the creation of governance process to ensure consent management implementation for tags for compliance with privacy laws

Job Requirements ? Education/Experience
? Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field - Required
? 5 years web technology experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) ? Experience with a Google tag management solution (setting up and configuring tags, triggers, variables, and data layer elements)
? 2 years Leading Google Tag Manager administration and implementation at the enterprise level; Hands -on experience implementing GTM and GA for an enterprise with compliance protocols
