What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
? Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to Online Chat Manager when appropriate
? Build relationships with new customers to understand and meet their needs
? Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately and concisely
? Provide administrative support to the customer service team

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Experience in customer service
? Strong telephone etiquette
? Familiarity with CRM tools
? Excellent communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Familiarity with financial services industry
? Previous experience in remote customer service roles
