Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: The purpose of this role is to contribute to the development of sustainable solutions that advance Enterprise Technology (ET) Data & Analytics teams? operational performance by working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, utilizing strong analytics and data-driven problem-solving skills. Supports the team in developing a reporting roadmap, validating reporting, and providing analysis and insights. Works closely with key stakeholders to advance ET operational management, tools and dashboard. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Coordinate and support the management of agenda, inputs, reviews, and follow-ups associated with Data & Analytics teams? Working Groups and inputs to technology committees and the Board 2. Coordinate and support the management of manage agenda, inputs, reviews and follow-ups associated with Data & Analytics? Monthly & Quarterly Regulatory meetings 3. Coordinate and support driving completion of Enterprise Data & Analytics? responses to all regulatory requests, facilitating reviews and sign-offs across EDA leadership and GCO stakeholders 4. Manage coordination of various processes and activities between Enterprise Data & Analytics and Risk Management teams 5. Support the tracking and reporting of Enterprise Data & Analytics teams? accomplishments for inclusion within various working group, committee, and board-level routines 6. Coordinate and support Enterprise Data & Analytics? inputs for enterprise technology?s monthly Operating Review session 7. Coordinate Enterprise Data & Analytics? monthly business review materials Support the strategic planning process for Enterprise Data & Analytics, assisting in the development and planning around strategic programs QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor?s degree and five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2. In-depth knowledge of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the professional discipline (e.g., information technology, project management, finance, risk management, etc.). 3. Understands foundational concepts of other related professional disciplines. Experience managing small projects. 4. Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders. Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience within strategy or business management at a large financial institution 2. Expertise in working with and coordinating deliverables across large teams OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS Sitting Constantly (More than 50% of the time) Visual / Audio / Speaking Able to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone. Manual Dexterity / Keyboarding Able to work standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers. Availability Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.
