Data entry clerk remote

FSTONE Technologies is seeking a Remote WFH Full Time Data Entry Clerk with excellent typing skills and a keen eye for detail to join our team.
This is a part-time entry-level position with the potential to grow into a full-time role. As a data entry clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our system, maintaining and updating records, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities : - Enter data accurately and efficiently into our system using a keyboard or scanner - Verify data by comparing it to source documents - Organize and maintain files and records - Respond to data inquiries and requests from team members - Perform office tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and filing - Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness - Other administrative tasks as assigned Requirements : - High School Diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in data entry or related field is a plus - Fast typing... skills with high accuracy - Excellent attention to detail - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and data programs - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Availability to work part-time with potential for full-time in the future What We Offer : - Competitive salary ($24-$26 per hour ) and benefits package - Opportunities for growth and career advancement - Collaborative and dynamic work environment - Training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge If you are looking to utilize your data entry skills in a dynamic office setting, we encourage you to apply for this position.
