Executive Vice President, Marketing | The Responsibilities & Duties
Strategic Leadership
? Develop and implement robust lead-generation strategies that target high-value buyers and decision-makers.
? Oversee the creation and execution of email and LinkedIn ad campaigns designed to generate quality leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
? Lead the strategy and execution of event scheduling and creation, including direct and sponsored events, to drive engagement and lead acquisition.
? Direct and manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and Virtual Account-Based Marketing Solutions (VAMS) to enhance targeted marketing efforts.
Campaign Management
? Design, execute, and optimize email and LinkedIn ad campaigns to effectively reach and convert decision-makers.
? Utilize data-driven approaches to segment audiences and personalize outreach, ensuring maximum relevance and impact.
? Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to achieve optimal ROI.
? Manage and allocate budgets effectively across lead generation, ad campaigns, and events.
Team Leadership and Development
? Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
? Provide strategic direction and support to team members, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
? Offer ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Analytics and Reporting
? Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and event success.
? Use insights from analytics to refine strategies and improve future campaigns and events.
? Present regular reports and updates to the executive team, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis
? Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
? Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies, best practices, and industry developments.
The First-Year Objectives
? Develop and implement a comprehensive lead-generation strategy by creating a detailed lead-generation plan focusing on high-quality leads at the buyer/decision-maker level within the first 90 days.
? Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions to boost conversion rates from email campaigns by 10% by year-end.
? Strengthen Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives by developing and executing strategies to target and convert high-value accounts.
Executive Vice President, Marketing | The Qualifications
? Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or Marketing preferred; bachelor's degree in a relevant field required (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Communications).
? 12+ years of progressive marketing experience in a BPO or related industry, with a demonstrably successful track record in lead generation, digital marketing campaigns (including account-based marketing), and event management.
? Proven experience developing and executing B2B marketing strategies specifically targeting decision-makers within the BPO industry.
? Strong understanding and demonstrable success with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) methodologies and Virtual Account-Based Marketing Solutions (VAMS).
? Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
? Expertise in developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
? Deep understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and content marketing best practices.
? Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to build, motivate, and inspire high-performing marketing teams.
? Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and a collaborative approach to building strategic partnerships.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex marketing strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
? Strategic thinker with a data-driven and methodical approach to marketing campaign development and execution.
? Proven ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans and measure results effectively.
? Strong project management skills.
