About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant in the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence supporting the Remediation Analytics Team. Primary responsibilities for this role include utilizing database knowledge and... business process to perform advanced data analysis to accurately identify populations of customers that require remediation and also to calculate the refund, account adjustment or other resolution. This role will support Credit Cards and Personal Loans & Lines. In this role, you will: Advise line of business and companywide functions on business strategies based on research of performance metrics, trends in population distributions, and other complex data analysis to maximize profits and asset growth, and minimize operating losses within risk and other operating standards Provide influence and leadership in the identification of new tools and methods to analyze data Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed Provide updates on project logs, monthly budget forecasts, monthly newsletters, and operations reviews Assist managers in building quarterly and annual plans and forecast future market research needs for business partners supported Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor to staff, interns and external contractors Required Qualifications, US: 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 3+ years of SQL and/or SAS experience Experience in gathering, analyzing and interpreting large datasets Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Ability to translate business needs into complex analysis designs and recommendations Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience Ability to quickly learn business operations and processes Experience coordinating multiple tasks within aggressive time frames Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Bachelor?s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling 1+ year of Teradata experience Job Expectations: Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Hybrid work schedule Ability to work additional hours as needed Locations: 1525 W W T Harris Blvd Charlotte North Carolina 401 S Tryon St Charlotte North Carolina 2850 S Price Rd Chandler Arizona 2800 S Price Rd Chandler Arizona 2202 W Rose Garden Ln Phoenix, Arizona 1150 W.
