Key Responsibilities

? Drive placement success by identifying, securing, and monitoring job placements for our students.
? Provide continuous support to students post-placement, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.
? Analyze placement data to offer insights and recommendations for program improvement.

? Proficient written and verbal communication abilities.
? Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.

Qualifications
? A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in workforce development, education, or a related field.
? A minimum of three years of experience in career counseling, job placement, or a similar domain.
? Experience with Job Corps programs or other youth development initiatives is a plus.
? Knowledge of the construction industry is an advantage.
? Experience in data analysis and reporting is favorable.
