Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative placed, you will respond to customer telephone inquiries within a call center environment. Our client?s fast-paced, team-oriented environment is the perfect place to take your customer service career to the next level.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

CSR will take inbound calls and assist members, member representatives, agent brokers, providers, health plan employees, ship employees and clients.

Research caller?s inquiries using internal knowledge database, client website, routes and escalation process to resolve concerns.

Educate the caller of all necessary information and alternatives to promote one call resolution.

Job Requirements:

HS diploma or GED

Bilinugal in Spanish

Any customer service experience

Medical terminology is a plus

Data entry and/or typing experience
