About the Role

As a front-line representative for Partners Federal Credit Union, your main responsibility is to develop long-term profitable relationships with our Members by identifying their financial needs and presenting the best financial solutions.

You will work within the sales and support teams to achieve Member satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.

Your interaction with Members will be face-to-face and via telephone, providing friendly, efficient, quality service and accurate information while following all Credit Union policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
? Identify and build a network of Member contacts through qualified leads, referrals, and personal interaction to create financial opportunities.
? Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the Member, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively, and demonstrate high integrity.
? Make outbound calls for Member Service and Sales, following the 2/2/2/2 program.
? Ensure all Members' needs are met and commitments to them are kept, providing '5 Star Service' to every member, every time.
? Promote the credit union's objectives and promotions by using advisory skills and cross-selling additional products and services to deepen business relationships while improving profitability through loan growth and increased assets.
? Have thorough knowledge of consumer loan processes and ensure all loan documentation meets quality control standards.
? Be a subject matter expert on Credit Union products and services, communicating features and benefits to educate Members on becoming financially responsible.
? Process new Memberships by opening accounts and new service requests such as share accounts, savings services, checking, money market, certificates, IRAs, referrals, etc.
? Ensure all membership documents are processed by meeting quality control standards as outlined in policy, including CIP, OFAC, Chexsystems, etc.
? Take ownership and responsibility in all areas of your role, including assigned tasks and projects.
? Assist the department by completing projects and reports, providing suggestions to streamline operations.
? Stay knowledgeable of branch and PFCU business processes to anticipate potential issues and communicate effectively with your manager.
? Maintain flexibility in support of branch needs and perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
