The Healthcare Analytics Specialist ensures consistent and effective management of client data within existing Sharecare processes, works to drive data quality and follows governance for Audit Data analytics. This role is responsible for the management and quality control of datasets in preparation for production and reporting usage. The specialist serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on client-level data, data submission and ingestion processes, and other assigned data-heavy processes. In this position, you will act as the day-to-day processor of incoming client data, operating as the point of escalation for clients and team members. You will run reports for internal and/or external clients and provide data elements for key reports to leaders. Additionally, you will assist with data collection, entry, processing, and delivery to systems, while identifying data shortfalls and liaising with data and development teams to close gaps and/or improve data fidelity. Proposing solutions to ensure business continuity and providing operational support specific to client data to payor engagement managers will also be part of your responsibilities. You will ensure a mastery understanding of all internal and external data and reporting, prepare, proof, and edit documents and spreadsheets, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
? Preferred knowledge of programming languages like Structured Query Language (SQL).
