Job Description: As a Customer Service Virtual Assistant for FedEx, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service remotely, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, assist with tracking shipments, and address various customer service needs in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner

Provide tracking information, assist with shipment issues, and resolve customer concerns

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

Process customer orders and returns, ensuring a smooth transaction

Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary

Meet or exceed performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction goals

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while providing excellent service

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher is a plus)

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or virtual setting

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to work independently and stay organized

Proficient in using customer service software, Microsoft Office, and email platforms

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment

Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of FedEx services and shipping processes

Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems

Bilingual (Spanish, French, etc.) is a plus
