Summary :
The Senior Director II, National Accounts, East Region leads a key customer relationship with headquarter call points and a team of at least 6 Senior Director I and Directors. This leader will focus on developing the team to create best in class partnerships with our customers across the assigned portfolio. The Senior Director II will work with bottlers and cross-functional teams to build a collaborative team focused on long-term growth opportunities for our customers and system that includes all package forms. This leader is responsible for delivery of the annual business plan metrics and a high level of interaction, engagement and stewardship with our customers. This role will lead, coach, and mentor their organization on strategic business planning, building customer engagement capabilities that drive beverage category incidence and sustainable business growth. The Group Director II is on the East Region Leadership Team helping to set the vision, strategy, and engagement for the Region as a whole.
Location : East Region Virtual, Atlanta, Michigan, Dallas
Travel : 30% - 40%
What You?ll Do for Us :
Manage business unit against a business plan.
? Activate the Coca-Cola System (e.g., cross-functional team members, channel resources, etc.) to develop and implement Joint Business Plans that meets customer needs and drives beverage category growth.
? Ensure account teams execute business plans with distinction and stewards results often.

Qualifications & Requirements :
? Typically requires a University Degree (Master or MBA ideally) or equivalent experience
? Typically requires 10 to 12 years of prior relevant experience
? Recognized thought leader mastering professional discipline
