Primary responsibilities will include supervising doctoral candidates conducting methodologically sound research, reviewing capstone project manuscripts, provide detailed feedback specific to appliedresearch methods and maintain communication with candidates to ensure compliance with SOE capstone handbook and university policies. This posting is for remote doctoral chairs positions.MINIMAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Applicant must have an EdD or PhD in Education.
  • Degree must be from an institution accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the U.S.
  • Department of Education.

  • or 2024, on the church letterhead.

  • Superior interpersonal, customer service, presentation, and communication skills required.
  • Creative, innovative, and problem-solving skills required.

  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreference will be given to candidates with an established record of research evidenced by intellectual and professional contributions to the field through peer-reviewed publication and conference presentations. Preference will be given to candidates with capstone, dissertation, or thesis mentorship experience and experience teaching research methods using online learning platforms (e.g., Canvas).
