The Customer Alarm Monitoring Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of customers by monitoring alarm signals and dispatching emergency services as needed. Responsibilities
? Respond to alarm signals from customers' alarm systems.

? Dispatch emergency signals to police, fire, and medical agencies.

? Provide world-class customer service to customers in their time of need.

? Notify customers of non-emergency signals.

? Notify account contacts of emergency signals after dispatch.

? Receive and process inbound calls requesting information.
Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent.

? Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.

? Must be able to pass an FBI criminal background check to obtain a Burglar Alarm License in all 50 states.

? One year of customer service experience preferred, but not required.
