In Short
? Recruit qualified students for college programs.
? Provide information and assistance regarding enrollment.
? Conduct interviews and schedule appointments with potential students.
? Make outbound calls to interested prospects.
? Follow up on inquiries and assist with the admissions process.
? Ensure compliance with governmental regulations.
? Maintain accurate records of admissions activities.
? Participate in training and meetings as required.
? Mentor students to identify their skills and interests.
? Work in a hybrid environment with both on-campus and remote tasks.
Requirements
? Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
? Strong consultative sales and recruiting experience preferred.
? Excellent presentation and communication skills.
? Associates Degree or higher required.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
? Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
