In this role, you will: ? Engage with Prospective Patients: Handle incoming and outgoing calls from prospective aesthetic patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience. ? Schedule Appointments: Utilize our booking systems to accurately schedule appointments for consultations with leading aesthetic practitioners. ? Provide Information: Offer comprehensive information on services, promotions, and practitioner availability, ensuring patients feel informed and excited about their upcoming treatments. ? Confirm and Follow Up: Promptly and professionally confirm appointments, addressing any inquiries or concerns, and manage the lead follow-up process to ensure effective customer engagement. ?
