Assist users with a wide range of issues, including account management, content moderation, and technical support.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated matters and provide solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
