Head Of Learning Key Responsibilities

Lead the charge in developing and optimizing our AI-driven, teacher-free educational model across multiple locations. Success means combining sophisticated data analysis with hands-on student interaction to create a learning ecosystem that consistently produces exceptional AP scores and MAP assessment growth.

Basic Requirements
? Advanced degree (Master's+) in Education Science, Learning Science, Psychology, or related field
? Proven leadership experience in education or EdTech sectors
? Demonstrated success implementing AI solutions in educational contexts
? Expertise in designing AI-powered systems for learning applications
? Deep knowledge of learning science and data-driven educational methodologies
? Excellence in translating complex concepts for varied audiences
? Track record of successful cross-functional team leadership

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
