Troy Jones Farmers Insurance in Marietta, Georgia, is looking for a detail-oriented, professional, and friendly individual to join our team as a Full-Time Insurance Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact with our customers for our busy office. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, and we know that with your positive attitude and welcoming demeanor, you may be the perfect fit for this role. Each day you will be responsible for answering phone lines, providing customer service, drafting letters & reports, keeping up with alerts and renewals, and other additional clerical duties as needed. Salary: $28000.00 - $33000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Process customer policy change requests.

Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.

Take premium payments from customers.

Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

Return all phone messages promptly.

Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.

Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.

Maintain knowledge of new products and services.

Generating insurance quotes.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Be outstanding at relationship building.

Develop and maintain client relationships.

Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.

Work independently and as part of a team.

Handle customer renewals.

Requirements
? *A Property & Casualty insurance license is required**

Farmers Insurance quoting systems experience preferred.

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

Must have ability to multi-task.

Professional phone etiquette.

Great Customer Service Skills.

Problem-Solving Capabilities.

Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.

Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.

Be capable of handling customer rejection.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and think outside the box.
