Recognized as one of the fastest-growing franchise concepts for 2024, Send Me a Pro is expanding rapidly, and we?re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help our franchisees thrive!

Responsibilities: ? Create personalized marketing plans for franchise owners based on their budgets, goals, and objectives. ? Coordinate and execute marketing strategies, including: ? Facebook and Google Ads ? Direct mail campaigns ? Local yard sign distribution ? Grassroots marketing and business development plans ? Provide training and guidance to franchisees on implementing marketing strategies effectively. ? Manage CRM and marketing automation tools (email, SMS, etc.), with preference for experience using Go High Level. ? Hold weekly calls with franchisees to review marketing performance, make recommendations, and adjust campaigns as needed. ? Ensure marketing efforts align with brand guidelines and support overall business growth for franchisees.

Qualifications: ? Proven experience developing and managing marketing strategies (experience in home services is a plus). ? Expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and direct mail campaigns. ? Experience with Go High Level CRM or similar platforms is preferred. ? Excellent communication skills, with the ability to regularly interact with franchisees. ? Strong organizational skills to manage multiple marketing plans at once. ? Ability to train and support franchisees in executing their marketing strategies. ? What We Offer: ? Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:
? 8 hour shift
? Monday to Friday
? Weekends as needed
