Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

The assembler will perform manual labor in a production line, assembling parts for satellite systems.

Responsibilities
? Works as part of a production team to assemble parts.
? Sorts and places material or items on tables, racks, or bins.
? Assembles satellite sub-assembly parts manually.
? Uses various hand tools, measuring, and test equipment.
? Cleans assembled parts and places them in protective bags or boxes.
? Packs, seals, and moves boxes.
? Picks up, moves, and sorts small parts.
? Uses small tools and jigs to manipulate parts for assembly.
? Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Essential Skills
? Experience with assembly, blueprint reading, and wiring.
? Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
? Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
? Experience with sheet metal.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
? High school diploma or GED.
? US, Permanent Resident Card Holder, or Non-Citizen allowed to work for any employer.
? Associates degree or certificate in a technical area.
? Assembly or manufacturing experience.
? High aptitude to work with small electronic components, including soldering of small electrical components or mechanical equipment.
? Experience in the space or aeronautical field.

This is a contract-to-hire position based out of Midland, Texas.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00
