Key Responsibilities:

? Handle international customer service calls with professionalism and empathy.

? Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

? Follow company guidelines to deliver exceptional service.

Required Skills:

? Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate over the phone.

? Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

? Convincing Power: Ability to persuade and handle objections smoothly.

? Politeness: Maintain a courteous and respectful demeanor with all customers.

? Professionalism: Demonstrate a professional attitude in all interactions.

Requirements:

? Equipment: Must have a laptop or desktop with a minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps.

? Headset: Must have a USB headset.

? Environment: Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from interruptions.

? Availability: Must be able to work night shifts and commit to a full-time schedule.

? Education: Prefer candidates who are not currently enrolled in college to ensure full dedication.
