Cloverleaf Care has an immediate opening for an Services Lead for our Operations group. This is a remote position ***located in India - pan India***.

You will be working the US day shift (9pm - 6am IST). This is a work from home position.

JOB DUTIES
The Services Lead will perform the following job functions:
? Manage a small team of direct reports in staffing, recruiting and customer service.
? Oversee tasks of members of the operations team to ensure daily operations goals are being met.
? Prepare weekly and daily recruitment plans.
? Manage daily recruitment activities in alignment with goals.
? Perform hands-on functions in recruitment, staffing, customer service and staff administration..
? Conduct new client on-boarding.
? Ensure all client shifts are staffed and no schedules are missed.
? Ensure ?Customer success? with every company client.
? Handle customer service issues and escalations with clients.
? Monitor daily shifts to ensure they are being performed to company services standards.
? Market company job openings online as well as through referral channels.
? Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
? Ensure successful job fairs, open houses and social media postings.
? Payroll.
? Conduct training, orientations and on-boarding of employees.
? Evaluate manpower needs based on operational plans.
? Lead operations team meetings and provide progress updates to the manager.
? Perform various supervisory, management, administration, reporting as well as hands-on operations functions on a daily basis.
REQUIREMENTS
? The ideal candidate will have around 7-10 years experience of which at least 5 years experience should be in a Delivery Lead, Customer Service Manager or Manager role in a services organization in a busy setting.
? Must have at least 2 years experience in a role that required recruitment in the services industry.
? Customer service experience is a must.
? Must have at least 4 years experience in managing direct reports in a variety of settings.
? Experience in delivering services in a team environment.
? Must have experience in defining processes and in overseeing the implementation of service delivery processes.
? MNC experience is a plus.
? Experience in a company delivering services to US or UK customers (consumers) is a definite plus.
? Flair communication skills in English, both spoken and written is a **MUST**. Should be from an English medium background.
? Expert level computer experience with documents, sheets and web applications is a **MUST**.
? Detail oriented, highly organized, dependable and multi-tasker.
? Superior time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
? Excellent customer service skills with phone calls. Must demonstrate crystal clear phone call voice quality using home office equipment during the hiring process.
? Work hours - 9pm - 6am.
? Strong work ethics, ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
