We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven BPO Partnership Consultant to join our team on a commission/profit-sharing basis only. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the BPO industry and proven expertise in securing BPO projects. Your primary responsibility will be to bring profitable BPO projects to our company while fostering long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities: ? Identify and secure BPO projects for the company. ? Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners. ? Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth onboarding of projects. ? Negotiate terms and agreements that are beneficial for both parties. ? Stay updated on market trends and client requirements in the BPO sector.

Requirements: ? Proven track record of acquiring BPO projects or partnerships. ? Strong network in the BPO and outsourcing industry. ? Excellent negotiation and communication skills. ? Ability to work independently and deliver results on a commission/profit-sharing basis. ? Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving business goals.

Compensation:

This role is strictly on a commission/profit-sharing basis, providing you with the opportunity to earn based on the projects you bring and their profitability.
