The schedule is Monday-Friday 9:00-6:00, as well as rotating Saturdays. After the initial training period onsite, there will be an option for work-from-home flexibility (hybrid schedule).
Summary: Digital Support Specialist provides service to members of the credit union by opening accounts (phone and online request), monitoring and responding to e-communications (chat, email, secure messaging), and daily management of Mobile Deposits.
Duties and Responsibilities: ? Reviews Mobile Deposits and monitors for ?red flags? to mitigate fraud ? Responds to members? electronic messages ? Owns the member experience by recommending credit union products and services to existing members ? Takes incoming calls from members to assist them with account needs and transactions ? Opens and maintains accounts ? This job description is not an exhaustive list of all job duties; other duties may be assigned at any time
Qualifications: ? High school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of industry experience required ? Spanish language preferred

Computer/Software Skills:
? Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs with ability to learn new software programs
