Job Purpose/Summary: CVS Health is seeking an experienced learning and development professional who will act as the lead on strategic, high priority needs and highly visible projects/programs. This role is the primary project manager for the most complex, highly visible learning initiatives for the team that the manager level team members are not capable or ready to take on. This person will work closely with the director to: lead and design a complete, logical learning ecosystem of both onboarding and ongoing learning programs and paths, implement a taxonomy and governance system to organize learning assets and programs, project manage all learning initiatives, facilitate trainings, and consult with the director and other field leaders on any/all learning requests. This person will lead and be a main contributor to the overall instructional design and strategy for the broader sales and account management field that the Sales Enablement Learning and Development team serves. They have and apply a masterful understanding of the field?s needs, the field?s roles, and field leadership?s needs to the instructional design and strategy created by the director and supported by this role, such that they can have an immediate impact. This person should have a strong understanding of the following key topics: ? General account management onboarding and ongoing learning and development (ex: Health Plan Segment and Employer segment accounts) ? Program specific account manager onboarding and ongoing learning and development for complex, evolving PBM products (ex: CarelonRx and Elevance for CVS Caremark) ? Client services account manager onboarding and ongoing learning and development (ex: PBM ?Welcome Season? for CVS Caremark) ? Automation projects and tools that require internal and external trainings (ex: myPBM for CVS Caremark) ? Supporting client finalist and RFP meetings ? Maintenance and development of learning management pages, materials, and rollout of new LM systems and capabilities (ex: Highspot for CVS Caremark) ? Act as a liaison between the learning technology group to maintain and continue to make better use of tools and systems (ex: LearningHub and Highspot for CVS Caremark) This role will also be expected to support the Sales Enablement team in several important ways. These support functions (all in service of the sales field) include but are not limited to: designing and producing relevant and timely learning/training materials, project managing a variety of learning initiatives, facilitating a variety of learning initiatives, developing and recommending strategies, process improvements, and/or novel ideas to improve the learning and development experience. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong skills in learning and development principles, LMS tools, learning facilitation, project management, and relationship management across the sales and account services field and Sales Enablement organizations. This role also includes frequent and consistent cross functional collaboration between stakeholders throughout the CVS Caremark enterprise. As such, strong experience and working knowledge of the how to navigate a large, complex PBM organization is imperative. ? *This position is remote and can be located anywhere in the U.S.** Detailed Responsibilities: ? Lead, project manage, and oversee multiple high priority Sales and Account Management learning and development projects. ? Work directly with stakeholders, including leadership, to fully understand and support the initiative, impact on the field, and advise on the best course of action. ? Lead and create on-demand learning content using a variety of tools (including but not limited to Articulate, Camtasia, and Riverside, and Microsoft Office). ? Facilitate live learning sessions with large and broad audiences on a variety of topics. ? Conduct needs assessments to help create meaningful learner profiles and segmentation as well as to identify and prioritize learning and development projects. ? Manage ecosystem of learning content under established system of content tagging and organization so that Sales and Account Services field can easily find the content they need when they need it. ? Develop processes that allow leaders to easily track the learning and development progress of their team. ? Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate solutions that improve the learning and development learner experience in alignment with business needs. ? Manage and improve learning delivery processes ? this includes using existing Sales Enablement tools and developing and/or evaluating new processes & tools. ? Manage, improve, and build new field-facing learning and development sites ? includes working with stakeholders to develop and deliver new learning content on the sites; collaborating with SMEs to evaluate new site capabilities; identifying areas of improvement and potential solutions. ? Analyze, develop, and implement opportunities for automation, increased efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and make it easier for end users to find and use materials. ? Analyze, develop, and implement new strategies and tools to help people leaders better understand the needs and progress of their direct reports. Required Qualifications: ? 5+ years? experience in pharmacy benefits management ? 5+ years? experience in live (virtual and in-person) learning facilitation ? 3+ years? experience in learning virtual/on-demand content creation and management tools (Articulate 360/Rise, Camtasia, Riverside recording, etc.) ? Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. ? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications: ? Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy, healthcare, insurer/payor, and/or PBM experience ? Strong knowledge of health plan pharmacy benefits marketplace ? Strong knowledge of employer pharmacy benefits market place ? Strong understanding of client-centric communication skills and adult education theory ? Project management certification/certificate ? Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once. ? Knowledge/experience with adult education methodologies ? Knowledge/experience with the different types of software and modalities used with learning design. ? Strong communication, collaboration, project management and organizational skills ? Ability to influence/manage stakeholder relationships. ? Ability to influence strategy at all levels. ? Ability to create a strategy independently, problem solve and execute mitigation plans to ensure timelines are met. ? Ability to lead, set priorities, manage, coach, mentor, encourage and inspire team. Education Bachelors or equivalent work experience Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $54,300.00 - $139,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
