Job Overview

Join our esteemed Client Services department as a vital member of the National Service Team (NST). In this remote role, you will be dedicated to providing outstanding service that surpasses client expectations by proactively managing their inquiries and concerns. This position requires availability from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm Pacific Time.

Key Responsibilities
? Respond efficiently and professionally to client inquiries through email and phone, ensuring a positive client experience and swift resolution.
? Effectively address and resolve issues, escalating when necessary, and collaborate with pertinent departments to deliver accurate, timely solutions.
? Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with reporters, agencies, videographers, interpreters, and other external partners, treating them as integral team members.
? Communicate order modifications to relevant partners to ensure prompt fulfillment of requests.

Required Skills
? Demonstrated expertise in customer service or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
? A strong customer-centric approach coupled with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
? Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
? Proficient in both written and verbal communication, with a commitment to responding to client requests in a timely and precise manner.

Qualifications
? At least 2 years of related experience in customer service or a similar capacity.
? A customer-focused professional with a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
