Job Summary:

As a Fulfillment Resolution Analyst at OneDigital, you will be responsible for performing member enrollment audits to ensure data accuracy in cloud-based benefits administration tools.

Duties:
? Complete audits in response to mismatches identified;
? Research and resolve root cause issues from Fulfillment/Quality Assurance Generalist (Tier 1 Staff);
? Work with carriers on retroactive, exception, or standard requests related to member-level eligibility;
? Make corrections into BenAdmin system to ensure that members are reflecting how they are enrolled with the carrier;
? Maintain documentation per workflows, procedures, and protocols;
? Provide feedback and guidance to business stakeholders based on audit discoveries;
? Serve as the single point of contact for resolution lifecycle;
? Ensure the protection and security of a consumer?s personal, confidential and identifiable information in a professional and responsible manner, according to the standards and requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA);
? Meet or exceed department goals as defined;
? Complete other duties and projects as assigned.

Required Skills:
? Driven, self-motivated, and upbeat attitude;
? Must be self-motivated and disciplined;
? Ability to remain calm and clear-minded in a role that directly impacts both revenue and client satisfaction;
? Strong knowledge of D365 and Excel. (V-lookups, Pivot tables, Advanced Formulas);
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to manage multiple assignments at one time
? Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment;
? Must be able to handle high workload volume and meet demanding deadlines;
? A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.

Required Experience:
? Current life and health insurance license, preferred;
? Minimum 2 years' cumulative experience.

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $21-22 per hour.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company?s performance.
