Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate High School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that fosters student engagement and academic success. This role requires a commitment to developing lesson plans, utilizing learning technologies, and adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.

Duties
? Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
? Utilize various learning technologies to enhance the educational experience.
? Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
? Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
? Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and other assessments.
? Provide individualized support to students with varying academic abilities, including those in special education.
? Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices in teaching.
? Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
? Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and practices.

Requirements
? Bachelor?s degree in Education or related field; teaching certification preferred.
? Proven experience working with high school students in an educational setting.
? Strong skills in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management.
? Familiarity with learning technology tools and resources for effective teaching.
? Ability to adapt instructional methods for diverse learners, including those requiring special education services.
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
? Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment that supports all students? growth.
? Experience in adult education or early childhood education is a plus but not required.

Pay: $20.65 - $22.82 per hour
