Job Overview
We are currently in search of a dedicated and experienced Web3/Blockchain Recruiter to join our remote-first organization. Key Responsibilities
? Oversee the complete recruitment process for various open positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and extending offers.
? Ensure an outstanding candidate experience with timely communication and follow-ups.
? Collaborate effectively with hiring managers to clearly understand their staffing and recruitment requirements.
? Contribute significantly to enhancing the company?s brand to attract and engage top talent.
? Build and maintain a robust pipeline of quality candidates via diverse sourcing methods and sustained networking efforts.
? Partner with the People Operations team on various talent initiatives and projects.
Required Skills
? 3-5+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on the blockchain industry preferred.
? Demonstrable expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and successfully placing candidates in highly technical roles.
? Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and familiarity with other modern recruitment tools and techniques.
? Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
? Exceptional organizational skills to juggle various projects and deadlines.
? Capability to operate independently in a remote work environment.
Qualifications
? A successful track record as a Web3 Recruiter.
? Previous experience in hiring talent for business or corporate roles within Web3 or cryptocurrency companies is considered advantageous.
