Day to Day
This role is part of the Growth Marketing team, under Lifecycle. The Lifecycle Team helps employers simplify hiring, connect with quality candidates, drive loyalty, and delights employers throughout their hiring journey.
The Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing will be responsible for bringing new products and features to existing customers, and identifying growth opportunities. They are proven at team collaboration, driving feature adoption, and growth via owned channels
The agile Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing adjusts strategies based on customer needs, partnering and leveraging best practices.
They are able to identify and test against new growth opportunities. They are able to measure the impact of their work, and their team?s. They are collaborative, and thrive in a data-driven culture. They are looking for ways to drive deeper efficiency, best in class customer experiences, and higher ROI. They are experienced in managing and nurturing a team of high-performing people.
This position reports to the Director of Growth Lifecycle.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager, you will develop product launches, growth strategies, manage cross-functional relationships, embrace challenges, and scale processes.
? Collaborate with the Product Marketing, Product, and Sales team to understand which new products are coming, and how to communicate those changes to employers.
? Create a process to communicate new product updates, and audit existing materials for changes.
? Manage a small team of marketers to build customized launch plans across different employer segments.
? Compile market insights and develop a comprehension of key challenges and opportunities for employers.
? Manage brainstorming, deadlines, and building plans for launching new products and features to employers.
? Build and execute testing plans, and campaigns around high growth opportunities.
? Build reporting documentation and presentations to show impact.
Skills/Competencies
? 6+ years experience in building strategy for cross-channel marketing campaigns including (but not limited to) email, retargeting, SMS, and in-product notifications. Particularly centered around go-to-market strategies.
? 3+ years experience managing high performing lifecycle teams.
? Proven track record on collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market, and build high converting programs. Particular partnerships include: product marketing, product, sales, and other marketing teams.
? Experience building successful, converting campaigns through managing email template design, marketing content creation for emails, app notifications, SMS, push, and other marketing surfaces.
? Experience identifying new growth opportunities, and executing from vision to realizing impact.
? Proven data-based, conceptual and problem-solving abilities; data-driven thinking (SQL proficiency a plus)
? Experience with marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Marketo, and other email platforms.

US Remote 136,000 - 197,000 USD per year
