Position

We are seeking a Entry-Level Field Service Technician to join our service team in the Portland, OR area. This is a field position with a POSSIBLE TERRITORY NEAR YOU, as we service all of Portland and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
? Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
? Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
? Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
? Developing options to solve unusual problems
? Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations
Qualifications
? Mechanical and Electrical Mindset
? Other experience and training with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers is a plus!
? Strong computer knowledge is a plus!
