Maintaining a clean and safe store environment is at the forefront of your responsibilities as a Fulfillment Team Member. This includes daily upkeep of the store, as well as ensuring proper safety measures are in place:
? Maintaining professionalism and friendliness while tending to customer and associate requests in a timely manner is crucial to running a successful business.
? The prime responsibility lies in ensuring that all items are carried out in top-notch shape, correctly represented in the records, and handed over to the buyers promptly.
? Securely retrieving merchandise to be loaded onto trucks for delivery and assisting both customers and employees in the safe transportation of products.

The Fulfillment Team Member's daily tasks include pulling orders, re-stocking shelves, and loading merchandise into customers' vehicles. As part of providing quality customer service, this associate must be willing to collaborate with other team members to ensure the correct items are delivered promptly. Preparing products for delivery and pick-up, inspecting their quality and ensuring invoice accuracy is also part of the associate's remit. Furthermore, the associate must ensure that deliveries are ready and loaded onto trucks when they arrive. Health and safety must be given priority, as the Fulfillment Associate manually handles merchandise for customers and employees throughout the workday.

Travel Requirements:

The job does not involve frequent travelling, but there may be situations where the employee needs to attend meetings, trainings, or offer support to other stores.

Our expectations and preferences for ideal candidates are well-defined, and we are looking for individuals who meet those standards:
? Full Time vs. Part Time Hourly Work: Employees can choose to either work full time or part time, with full time requiring around 39 to 40 hours per week and part time providing up to 25 hours a week, subject to variation as per the stores requirements.
? One should have flexible availability in the morning, afternoon, and evening throughout the week to apply for the role.
? The position may involve prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities required to accomplish job responsibilities, making it essential to have physical capacity.
? One of the requirements of this job is that the individual should be able to lift a load of 25 pounds without any help, and they could lift more than 25 pounds independently or with assistance.

Minimum Qualifications: ? Proficiency in basic arithmetic operations, reading, and writing is a vital skill. ? Possessing knowledge of computer usage for a period of 6 months, including operating, accessing, altering, or producing information. ? With 6 months under my belt, I possess substantial practical knowledge of commonly-used retail tech, like smart phones and tablets. ? Fulfillment of legal prerequisites for earning sales related licensure or registration.

Preferred Qualifications: ? A half-year of first-hand experience in retail operations. ? The ideal candidate must have completed at least six months of work in a home improvement or hardware retail establishment, where they were employed in a customer service or product fulfillment capacity pertaining to plumbing, electrical, kitchen, or lawn and garden departments. ? A 6-month period of experience in inspecting, handling, loading, and unloading goods or materials transported in or out of vehicles.
