Summary:

• CSA role at an assigned store location, ensuring safe, customer-focused, and profitable operations.

• Responsibilities include cash handling, facility maintenance, inventory security, and adherence to company policies.

• Reports directly to the Store Manager.

Essential Job Functions:

• Professional representation of the company to customers and stakeholders.

• Assist customers with product purchases, promotions, and handling complaints effectively.

• Foster customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.

• Efficient operation of transactional equipment and adherence to cash handling procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of store and equipment.

• Inventory management, including vendor check-in and pricing policies.

• Compliance with security controls and legal regulations.

• Proper utilization and maintenance of food service equipment.

• Attendance of required training sessions and meetings.

• Prompt reporting of incidents and dishonesty.

• Accurate recording of work hours and breaks.

• Assistance to customers with equipment operation.

• Compliance with age-restricted product sales regulations.

• Security measures for cash registers during non-operation hours.

• Assistance in training new team members.

• Maintenance of confidentiality regarding company information.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.

• High School diploma or GED preferred.

• Ability to work independently for extended periods.

• Proficient in English communication (verbal and written).

• Basic arithmetic skills.

• Familiarity with cash register operation and equipment usage.

• Knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols for food service.

• Physical capability to perform assigned tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.

• Flexibility in working varying shifts, including overnight and holidays.

• Authorization to work in the United States.
