Reporting directly to the VP of Global Talent, you?ll gain insight into what it means to support and lead a tight-knit and high performing team. If you thrive in a dynamic, global work environment, and balance intentional execution while having fun, we?d love to hear from you! **What You?ll Do** + Be the right hand to the VP of Global Talent and Development. You?ll sit on the Talent leadership team, supporting team and functional objectives to drive outstanding performance + Act as a central point of contact for urgent business issues, initiatives, and information requests handled by the VP of Talent + Support the Global Talent communication strategy ? how and where we tell our story ? by creating PowerPoints, internal articles, and content calendar + Organize and arrange; you?ll keep the team on track by ensuring tight collaboration, managing timelines, identifying and mitigating risks, and supporting the delivery of impeccable end products + Get in the details: manage structure changes, headcount movement, and org charts. Partner with finance on annual budget projections and monthly updates + Support the team on employee engagement and communication strategy events and initiatives, including Town Halls, business updates, and rewards programs; plan content and handle follow-ups + Build strong working relationships across the group, as well as with business partner groups to enhance collaboration + Lead special projects for Global Talent, including a welcome and development workshop for new VPs + Accelerate executive and team decision-making by conducting ad hoc analysis, research, and data collection with perspective on your findings **What We?re looking for** + BA Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a Business-related field or equivalent + 5+ years of experience in consulting, communications, project management, or related field + Passionate about collaboration + Strategy and analytical skills + Superior prioritization, organization, and time management skills + Project planning pro, dedicated to driving timely results + Clear written and verbal communication skills + Able to create eye-catching PowerPoints + You balance creativity with an almost scientific attention to detail. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate?s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Award plan, which rewards participants based on company and individual performance.
