FullShift Staffing is seeking a qualified individual capable of cultivating new business relationships to fill the position of Client Manager within our sales team. Experience in healthcare staffing is highly preferred, though not required for the right candidate. This fully remote role offers an attractive base salary, commission structure, and comprehensive benefits. General Duties and Responsibilities: ? Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, and other organizations as potential clients for our staffing services. Leverage your industry knowledge to identify and pursue high-value client opportunities and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new clients. ? Engagement and Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the healthcare industry to gain insights into their staffing needs and challenges. Oversee and ensure the satisfaction of existing clients, addressing any concerns or issues. ? Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand our client base within the healthcare sector. Share your sales expertise through coaching, training, and mentorship. Collaborate with management to optimize team performance and meet collective goals. ? Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities and positioning strategies. Lead negotiations, finalize agreements, and ensure mutually beneficial terms for the company and clients. ? Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless transition from client acquisition to candidate placement, fostering synergy and efficiency.
