The Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at BeloForm Craft in Kansas City, MO will be responsible for providing support to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally
? Provide accurate information about the company's products and services
? Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
? Maintain and update customer records in the company database
? Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
? Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
? Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service

? High school diploma or equivalent
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
