Qualifications & Skills:
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
? In office position - must commute to 3535 W Pipkin Rd, Lakeland, FL 33811
? Outstanding customer service skills
? Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
? Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
