About the position
The Sales and Solutions Specialist at Disney Central is a pivotal role designed to enhance the digital experience for guests utilizing the Disney website and the My Disney Experience application. This position is based in an inbound contact center located in Tampa, Florida, and is structured as an hourly role. The successful candidate will undergo a comprehensive paid training program, which includes multiple performance assessments to ensure they are well-prepared to assist guests effectively. The operating hours for Disney Central span from Sunday to Saturday, starting at 5:45 a.m. and concluding at 12:15 a.m., providing a dynamic work environment that caters to a diverse range of guest inquiries and needs. In this role, the Sales and Solutions Specialist will be responsible for addressing guest inquiries, resolving conflicts, and making decisions that reflect both integrity and resourcefulness. The position requires a strong foundation in customer service, particularly within a contact center environment, where the ability to communicate effectively?both verbally and in writing?is essential. Knowledge of Disney products is also crucial, as it enables the specialist to provide informed assistance and recommendations to guests, enhancing their overall experience with Disney's offerings.
