??????Role

? Senior Audit Associate

? Supervises audit, review, and compilation engagements, resolving accounting issues under the guidance of the Audit Manager or Director. Perform some tasks independently, direct staff, review their work, and provide necessary guidance for revisions.

? Supervise audit staff, providing on-the-job training and reviewing their work.

? Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits as directed by the audit director, including risk assessment.

? Prepare complex work papers, draft financial statements, and management letters; report progress regularly to Audit Manager and Audit Director.

??Package

? Up to $110k base

? Overtime paid at time and a half

? Unlimited PTO

? 80% of Healthcare premiums paid

? 15% referral fee for bringing in new clients

? Salary is market based with overtime and merit increases

??Requirements:

? Location - Must be located in Chicagoland but 100% remote

? 3+ years experience and experience as a Senior
