What You Will Do:

The primary focus of a Lowe's Outdoor Living Sales Specialist is to provide exemplary customer service while maintaining safe and well-stocked store premises:

The Outdoor Living Sales Specialist at Lowe's is a specialist responsible for ensuring that our customers leave with a sense of satisfaction. The associate's role involves providing helpful advice on products, verifying the accuracy of quotes and price labels, meeting all customer needs, and delivering excellent customer service. The ability to listen to customers attentively, use product knowledge to help them, and load their merchandise are all fundamental components of this role. Furthermore, the Customer Service Associate must always remain alert and inform management of any safety or security risks in the entrance area.

A Outdoor Living Sales Specialist job role will vary greatly based on the department they are working in. These areas may include Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Millwork, Fashion Plumbing, Outlet, Tool Rental, Pro, or Windows & Walls. Depending on the hiring needs and the candidate's abilities, a hopeful Customer Service Associate could be considered for any of these departments.

Travel Requirements:

This position is mainly based at one location but may require travel occasionally for meetings, training or to assist with other nearby outlets.

? Typically, full-time and part-time employees work for 39 to 40 hours or up to 25 hours per week, respectively, although the requirement for overtime may be determined by store requirements.
? Flexibility is necessary as you will need to be available in the morning, afternoon, and evening any day of the week.
? Physical ability to undertake tasks that demand prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities is mandatory for job performance.
? Greeter divisions at selected stores call upon CSAs who must be able to lift 10 pounds unaccompanied and may also move higher weight thresholds with or without support.
? In every department excluding Greeter ones, it is necessary for CSAs to possess the ability to lift weights of at least 25 pounds without any assistance, and may be allowed to lift over 25 pounds with or without aid.

Along with having a plan, it is important to be flexible and adapt to changes and obstacles that may arise:

Minimum Qualifications: ? 180 days' worth of experience with computer systems, encompassing abilities like data entry, information retrieval, data manipulation, and output creation. ? After utilizing retail technologies like smartphones and tablets for six months, I have developed expertise in navigating them. ? Obtaining licenses or registrations specific to sales in accordance with legal provisions.

Preferred Qualifications: ? Having worked in sales for a period of 6 months, I am now well-versed in identifying and recommending products that cater to the demands of each customer. This involves promoting credit cards, add-ons, installations, as well as providing an overview of product features, advantages, and warranties. ? Through my time as a retail assistant, which has spanned the last six months, I have gained expertise in servicing customers, answering calls, responding to email inquiries, and developing strong customer connections. ? Bilingual expertise, if applicable to the store. ?
