What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide excellent customer service via email and phone for policy inquiries, billing, and claims processes
• Enter account information in the agency management system and issue policies following department procedures
• Communicate with agents regarding payment status, billing problems, and coverage questions
• Collaborate with customers, agents, and staff to gather application data and claims processes
• Prepare emails and letters for correspondence with customers and agents
What is Required (Qualifications):
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have two years of general business, insurance, or related experience
• Must hold or be willing to obtain the CISR designation
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Associates or bachelor's degree is desired
• Experience with agency management system is desired
• Familiarity with church operations and ministries market
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to work well under pressure
