We are currently seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and innovative Marketing Communications Assistant to join us on a part-time basis. If you are proficient with tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, and email marketing platforms, this opportunity is designed for you.

Key Responsibilities
? Craft and refine engaging blog posts, informative webinar recaps, and scripts for impactful videos that resonate with our audience.
? Create compelling promotional materials that enhance our brand visibility.
? Assist in the development of email campaigns, newsletters, and other written communications.
? Review and polish content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
? Design visually appealing presentation decks for webinars, events, and internal meetings, ensuring alignment with key messaging.
? Develop one-pagers and additional marketing collateral for various events and campaigns.
? Write speaker proposals and prepare materials to support event presenters.
? Contribute to website content development and assist with miscellaneous marketing projects as needed.

Required Skills
? Proven expertise in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
? Exceptional writing, editing, and communication abilities.
? Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Canva.
? Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Constant Contact.

? Ability to operate independently and manage multiple projects efficiently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications
