This is a perfect job for college students, recent grads or busy Moms.

In addition to $20-$23/hr. base pay, you'll receive Paid Holiday pay and earn performance bonuses, which can often increase your pay by 50% or more, plus you'll get an invitation to participate in our (401)k savings program.

Location: Remote

Time Commitment: 20-28 hrs. per week

Education Requirement: Must have completed (or be currrently enrolled) in a 4-year college degree with a business or business-related major such as economics or law (or MBA)

Pay: $20/hr to start ($23 if Spanish bilungual)

The time you work during 6 weeks of training is all paid time. At the successful conclusion of your training period, you will receive a $500 Welcome Aboard bonus.

State Insurance License Requirement: You must self-study and have in hand on your first day a valid state life insurance license. We'll reimburse you for your state license study fees AND give you a $500 Welcome Aboard Bonus on your first day as a thank you for having a life license in hand on your first day.

There is no cold calling in this job! None. Nor do you need any life insurance experience. We utilize a highliy scripted approach that tells you on the screen what to say and do. Easy peasy. Our 40 year-old company is 100% inbound and we never, ever pressure our customers.

Our team is looking to bring on customer-obsessed and energetic remote customer service/inside sales agents (no cold calling) to advise our customers on their insurance purchasing decision, help complete their applications and then follow up through underwriting to make sure they get the policy they want. This is an ideal job for Moms and college students or any qualified candidate who has or is pursuing a business degree or major.

Prospective customers contact us as a result of our national adversiting and partnership arrangements. The beauty of this business model is that the customer reaches out to us - you don't have to do a thing.

This role requires that you be friendly, upbeat, patient and understanding on every call -- no high pressure here -- and that you have superb script-reading abilities. We will our customers with kindness and aggressively follow up on quotes you will provide.

What You?ll Need:
? A current, valid driver license that matches your current residence address
? A state-issued life insurance license in hand on your start date (we'll pay)
? Availability to work nights, weekends and some weekdays
? Ability to read scripts clearly and verbatim in order to render our famous cusotmer service the right way
? Positive ?customer-first? attitude - we?re huge customer advocates and will expect you to treat every caller as if they?re a long-lost cousin.
? Strong sense of internal motivation - coachability is a must! We?re looking for sales agents who want to develop a lucrative career, tackle new opportunities and grow both personally and professionally.

? A completed or in-progress 4-year degree in business, economics or a business-related major
