The Hosting Platform Support team within P&C IT Services is seeking an intern for the summer 2025. Responsibilities: ? Server decommissioning ? Add/Remove user access ? Server disk management ? Add/Update folder Information ? Server directory changes ? Server issue remediation ? Technical Documentation ? Assist Solution Engineers with server migrations and rehosts Qualifications: ? Familiar with Windows and/or Linux Server OS ? Familiar with network components, terminology, and physical connectivity ? Detailed oriented and be able to document procedures ? Candidate should have good communication skills (written and verbal) ? Analytical and problem-solving skills, and the individual must possess a structured, methodical approach to systems administration ? Ability to troubleshoot and triage Education: Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT security, Networking Business Unit: Property & Casualty IT Services Benefits: Compensation varies by role, position level, and location.
