Key Responsibilities
? Oversee the complete recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding for a diverse range of roles, including attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff.
? Collaborate extensively with the HR Director and leadership to ascertain hiring requirements, providing strategic insight to enhance talent attraction and retention.
? Employ innovative sourcing methodologies, utilizing social media and talent communities to engage prospective candidates, while continuously refining the recruitment experience.
? Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, ensuring organized tracking and reporting of the recruitment pipeline to guide effective decision-making.
? Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, from initial outreach to final offers, ensuring seamless interactions and timely feedback.
? Analyze and report on recruitment metrics regularly, assessing the effectiveness of strategies in relation to the firm's growth objectives.
? Identify candidates who not only possess the necessary qualifications but also embody our foundational values, ensuring alignment with our collaborative and dynamic environment.

Qualifications

? A minimum of 5 years of corporate recruiting experience, ideally including exposure to both legal and non-legal sectors.
? Demonstrated success in recruiting across various roles, including full-time and remote positions.
? Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other pertinent recruitment tools.
