Responsibilities:

An individual is expected to undertake their duties and responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
? Improving the efficiency of stock selection and reception to enhance the fulfilment of store orders.
? The movement of goods within the warehouse follows specific instructions for product handling.
? Organizes and arranges goods with a strategic approach for dispatch, also receiving incoming shipment from trucks or back-hauls and unloading them.
? Carries out cleaning duties to achieve optimal warehouse functioning and productivity by reducing unnecessary interruptions and delays due to safety and cleanliness issues.
? Carries out warehouse inventory counts in adherence to guidelines.
? This individual prioritizes cooperation and interaction with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership, utilizing ongoing communication and information exchange to achieve success.
? Offers constructive criticism and advice for optimizing warehouse operations.
? Inspects articles, talks with warehouse managers about product value, possible hazards, and cleanliness issues.
? Exercises independent judgment and action within the authorized domain of accountability.
? Aids in the attainment of predetermined warehouse management targets.
? Completes assigned responsibilities with exactitude, proficiency, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
? Implements the ergonomic program in accordance with the prescribed guidelines.

To be an effective warehouse worker, you must be physically fit and capable of performing tasks like sitting, standing, bending, reaching, gripping, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking on a regular basis. ? The role demands the ability to work effectively in environments with divergent temperatures, either extreme heat or freezing cold, encompassing exposure to outdoor conditions and refrigeration units. ? The capability to operate powered industrial machinery with caution and accuracy is necessary.
