This full-time position is for the entire school year and involves providing direct instruction to middle or high school students with high behavior needs. Key Responsibilities: ? Provide Specialized Instruction: Deliver tailored lessons to meet the unique academic and behavioral needs of middle or high school students. ? Collaborate with the Education Team: Work closely with other educators, specialists, and families to support student success. ? Develop and Implement IEPs: Help create and manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students, ensuring their needs are met effectively. ? Behavioral Support: Manage a caseload of students with high behavioral needs, employing strategies to foster emotional and academic growth.

Job Qualifications: ? Active Special Education license ? At least 1 year of virtual teaching experience ? Ability to manage students with behavioral challenges and implement effective strategies ? Strong communication and collaboration skills

Pay & Benefits:
? Full-time, 1099 Contract Position
? Hourly rate: $35 per hour
? Guaranteed weekly hours
? Full support from a Clinical/Technical team
